Well, a quick look at Slim:Utils:Scanner:Remote is very suggestive. Anything ending in -aac- is deemed to be so even if the scan shows that it is -mp3- ! -# Bug 3396, some m4a audio is incorrectly served as audio/mpeg.- https://github.com/Logitech/slimserver/blob/public/8.1/Slim/Utils/Scanner/Remote.pm#L300 I suspect that this 'override' is the cause, but needs confirmation. The change for bug 3396 was made in 2010, I would think by now all streaming servers are reporting a correct -Content-Type-. So, perhaps the 'override' can, now, be safely removed. I don't think one can ever know for sure, but I think I would now be minded have more faith in the reported Content-Type than perhaps I might have been in 2010. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ mrw's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=38299 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=113719 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
