Already had BBC Sounds get to "Warn", so I guess it wasn't related. Had just seen a few posts about this error where it was caused by a Spotify plug-in, so thought it could be a plugin rather than LMS itself that caused it (given the recent HTTPS changes to Sounds). Have also upped some of the network logging in case it happens again.
