squeezelite is not a part of the LMS server software, though there is nothing preventing one from installing squeezelite on the server. I'm not familiar with dietpi. For my R-Pi servers I use Max2Play, which includes Linux and a web interface for installing LMS and other things. That interface also provides an ability to restart the server and power it off. I'm not sure you can start a pi with WOL. Someone else can chime in if they know more. I looked into that once and determined it was not possible, but I don't remember how I determined that.
