I'm new to ss and sb3, and have the same 'problem'. The instructions said to just open slimserver and choose the font, but it isn't there. So I wondered if the actual .ttf also has to be in the graphics directory, not just the .bmp? (In my case I created a bmp from Verdana) I may try that tonight. I saw a post about the clock displaying question marks that made me think about this. Plus there are some "default" .ttf files in the graphics directory already - apparently they need to be there, huh?
