Yes- the issue was a problem back in early 2020 as 8.0 was released
"suddenly" and plugins developers had to play catchup without forcing
all 7.* plugin users update plugins with no functional change.

That said, some of your repo URLs were out of date. I would advise to
remove all 3rd party repos URLs and then discover which ones you now
need and make sure they the up to date one.

With the new automated 3rd party plugin list build which rebuilds 3rd
party list every x hours - there is less need for separate plugin repos
previously required to push out plugin updates quickly.
