Yes- the issue was a problem back in early 2020 as 8.0 was released "suddenly" and plugins developers had to play catchup without forcing all 7.* plugin users update plugins with no functional change. That said, some of your repo URLs were out of date. I would advise to remove all 3rd party repos URLs and then discover which ones you now need and make sure they the up to date one.
