Well, I've got two way copying working SS <-> iTunes. I now have one more question (which could be a tough one). The vast bulk of my music library on the SS is flac, while I have an mp3 copy of everything for the iTunes library (for the benefit of the iPod) and so I am taking advantage of the extension settings in TrackStat. However, I do have some mp3s in my SS library (free downloads from last.fm and the like). If I understand the operation of the iTunes import correctly, this means that every file of the form mytrack.mp3 will result in a TrackStat mytrack.flac update. Is there any way to stop the extension substitution for a specified collection of files? I can't think of any particularly elegant approach to this problem. Perhaps a specified directory could be excluded from extension conversion (my library structure is /media/music/FLAC for all my flac files and /media/music/MP3 for all of the mp3s). Any suggestions?
