I tried a similar setup, current image from Raspberry Imager on a Pi3b+ with LMS 8.1.1 and I get kind of the same issue. Using local player I cant get the player to stay running, it seems to clash with alsa and/or pulse and I can't figure out why. If I start the bundled player from the cmd and then restart LMS I get sound. Haven't tried updating the player yet. On the Ubuntu machine, intel based, I had to install alsa, add the "squeeze..." user to the audio group and set the default alsa device. None of these did the trick here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ v2k's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=71576 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=97766 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
