mov123 is not included with SSODS. This program seems to exists indeed,
but havn't been able to find any usable sources of it. So no mov123 on
the DS.

But you should be able to create appropriate conversion rules using
mplayer(-stdout) and/or one of the various other programmes included.

And doesn't the SB play .wma files? It should as far as I remember...

There is the "mac" programme from mac-port.sf.net 8dead since some
time) which supposedly can play some other exotic file formats (not
sure if this is for .ape).

Anyway, you have search the forums here to see how to play this and
that file. Generally, what applies to Slimserver on Linux applies to
SSODS. Once you found out how to (e.g. an appropriate
custom-convert.con rule) you'll have to check if that programme is
available on SSODS (see the README).

E.g. "[mplayer.sh]" from your logs is not available. You should change
the convert config to use mplayer-stdout. See the example in the README
regarding AlienBBC (there are various threads around here explaing that
in further detail, search for mplayer-stdout and/or ssods and/or
alienbbc).

Or convert the files to .mp3..

flip
