I too have the same/similar issue every ~48/72 hours or so, I have to
restart LMS, as the 'LMS endpoint' for Spotify connect disappears.

I've checked "Monitor the connection of the Spotty Connect helper with
the Spotify servers. This can be useful if your Spotty Connect enabled
devices regularly disappear from the Spotify apps."

And have created and entered a client ID.

Running on a premium account.
