I would take a copy of 100 files, wipe the MIP tags and scan them under 1.8, then compare the tags against the 1.96b and check the differences. It might just be the tag name (similar to how it is different for FLAC vs mp3) however if the actual fingerprint is different then I'm not sure what you can do other than rescan them using the Windows 1.8 version.
Would be interesting to know the results of the check www.spicefly.com - ** Spicefly SugarCube ** - A hassle free acoustic journey through your music library using MusicIP. Plus the finest MusicIP installation guides, enhanced MIP Interface and SpyGlass MIP the Windows Automated MusicIP Headless Installer. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ cparker's Profile: http://forums.slimdevices.com/member.php?userid=2083 View this thread: http://forums.slimdevices.com/showthread.php?t=114568 _______________________________________________ plugins mailing list [email protected] http://lists.slimdevices.com/mailman/listinfo/plugins
