I got my Weathertime to work using the Partner and license codes I got in a followup email from weather.com titled "Your XML feed" or something similar. To get the citycode, I went to weather.com and typed in my city name (NOT the zipcode) and used the code embedded in the URL that takes to the next page. For Tucson, AZ the citycode is: USAZ0247.
