There is obviously a problem with your LMS install. Probably
corruption. I'm not sure what the answer is. I would wipe the sd card
and install all picoreplayer from scratch again. Although I presume you
have already done that?
It might be worth creating a new thread in the "Logitech Media Server"
forum so you can get wider support rather just from those who are
reading the BBC Sounds thread.
