Generally when you edit files, you are modifying files in RAM. pCP
recreates the file system after each boot.

When you edit a file, you must do a backup to make it available after a
reboot.

This does not apply to the boot partition, which is persistent and
usually unmounted.

This is the location of wpa_supplicant:
/usr/local/etc/pcp/wpa_supplicant.conf
