I don't know if it can help, but we have added more flexibility for favorites in 8.2. It now can be parsed as an OPML list where before it needed to be exploded as an array. So it's now fully "browsable" (see YT plugin, ListProtocolHandler.pm) LMS 8.2 on Odroid-C4 - *SqueezeAMP!*, 5xRadio, 5xBoom, 2xDuet, 1xTouch, 1xSB3.
