If you want to put the album inside a folder, yo pu have to drag and drop the album inside the folder in the upper left Spotify screen. I show you an screenshot
Ok, but then you don't add the album to your collection, but you create a playlist with the album's tracks. That's not the same, and that's not how the integration works.
