Update ... I have just read your log file again and I see that you do have HTML::Treebuilder ... but it fails because you do not have HTML/Element.pm ... The odd thing is ... I don't have that file either and it works here.
Might need help from mherger or one of the other LMS Perl knowledge people to fix this properly.
