Stuart, Thanks for your post. The behaviour after restart/reinstall is the same, i.e. ONLY the Song Search doesn't work. I don't believe I've fiddled with any other settings. I'll have a think. There is definitely no log entry of any sort being generated from Lazy Search when d_plugin is checked - that is very strange, isn't it.
I'll write up a definitive list of actions and outputs, but may not get round to it tonight.
