Along with the .exe, .moo file and thumbs folder, Moose also uses the
following registry key for its settings:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Moose

It should be safe to just delete this key in regedit, although, as
with all things
registry, be careful..

I keep meaning to add a 'reset to defaults' option in the preferences which
deletes the key.
