When you choose - LastMix (local files only) - it seems it doesn’t actually work on local files only if you have Online Music Library Integration enabled. It actually seems to mean tracks in your library including those from online services but not otherwise from online sources.
That's a good point! This option dates back to when all "My Music" was local files. Nowadays it can be online tracks, too. I should probably rename the option, or fix the feature to really only play local tracks. Or provide both as distinct options.
