Is the date/time on your LMS server system correct? You can check by looking at the LMS logs and the time stamp at the start of each entry. With logging set to debug (Settings/Advanced/Plugins/RadioNowPlaying) do you see anything about using the cache when navigating the menu of the plugin? There is a short-term cache used by the plugin menu system - but it is ignored on LMS startup and recreated on first subsequent use. On the settings page for the plugin, do you have the "ignore some stations" set (just below the list of broadcasters).
