Ah, got it. I thought you were complaining about the colors being too dark :-). What you see indeed is a limitation of using Spotty as a Connect endpoint. If you play Spotify content directly through Spotty you won't be suffering from this. If you use Connect, you'll have to use Connect to control playback.
