Hi All, I'm a Slim newbie so please excuse any silly questions..
I've set up an Ubuntu box and have Slimserver running nicely on it. I've been attempting to get AlienBBC running and have been sucessful to some extent. I can get it to stream fine to Softsqeeze running on my Windows boxes - but when I try to use Winamp on the same PCs I get no Audio - even though it looks as if something is being streamed to the Winamp player. They same is true for other MP3 players - such as the one on my Nokia 770 I also quickly installed the excellent Slimserver liveCD from http://www.herger.net/slim/detail.php?nr=763&kategorie=slim in a VM just to see how that worked - and it had the same behaviour. Is this behaviour to be expected or have I a configuration issue somewhere. Any help would be much appreciated. Many Thanks!
