Hi Chris, short answer is no. When I use zone 2 I usually leave Zone 1 turned off (unless someone else is using it for TV etc.) If I turn Zone 1 on also then a settings saved msg appears but is non specific as to whether it is saving for Z1 or Z2, or both.
