Changes:
- Allow configuring genre groups in LMS's settings pages. - Allow configuring host of MusicIP server. - Fetch filters. - If fail to find any tracks, fall through to Spotty (if have Spotify tracks and Spotty is installed). - When getting 5 seed tracks select 5 random tracks from last 10 of queue. - Decode file:// URL and re-encode so that match LMS's encoding. *Material debug:* 1. Launch via http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json (Use http: //SERVER:9000/material/?debug=json,cometd to also see update messages, e.g. play queue) 2. Open browser's developer tools 3. Open console tab in developer tools 4.
