Voila - it works! (at least MP3)

Had to insert an "-x" in the parameters for the lame decode part, and
then "-be" as you suggested after InguzDSP (I am indeed on a G5).

It now looks like this:

mp3 flc * 00:04:20:06:4e:d6
        [lame] --mp3input --decode -t -x --silent $FILE$ - - | [InguzDSP] -be
-d 24 -id "00:04:20:06:4e:d6" -r $RATE$ | [flac] -cs -0
--totally-silent --endian=little --sign=signed --channels=2 --bps=24
--sample-rate=$RATE$ -

However, AAC-files still aren't working, they produce the same kind of
"static" that MP3-files used to. Which part of the conf-file relates to
AAC? Is it "mov flc"?

Is there a swapbyte command similar to the one in lame? Can anything be
done to this one:

mov flc * 00:04:20:06:4e:d6
        [mov123] $FILE$ | [InguzDSP] -be -d 24 -id "00:04:20:06:4e:d6" -r
$RATE$ | [flac] -cs -0 --totally-silent --endian=little --sign=signed
--channels=2 --bps=24 --sample-rate=$RATE$ -

And, last, AIFF-files are also not working. They just stay silent, and
it's hard to tell from the Squeezebox if they even start playback at
all.
