Instructions to do this are on the LastFM plugin help page, which is linked at the bottom of the LastFM page within SlimServer itself (assuming you already have it installed).
The only thing is, I suspect this won't actually work any more, given the ongoing issues with LastFM which you can read about in the other threads.
