I eventually got a version of cdda2wav to work - https://sourceforge.net/projects/cdrtoolswin/ Don't know why all the previous versions just broke. Windows is horrible about keeping lots of old DLLs and then caching them. Anyhow. I see your problem with LMS 8.2.0 and when I install 8.3.0 - I see the correct display.
