It's not a plugin, it's a skin for the web interface. There is no installation that has to be done. First, in the Options for the Nokias browser, make sure Javascript is enabled. Then just load the following into the Web browser in the Nokia 770. If it's not obvious, relace the text "YOUR_SLIMSERVER_IP" in the below url with your slimservers ip address or name.
