I don't know about the WMP ratings, but with Trackstat/DynamicPlaylist/SQLPlaylist I have a playlist for "Stuff I like" that is things rated 70 or better. (The internal trackstat ratings are 0-100, so that is 3.5 stars on the 5-star system).
