Hello, I'm still not sure what to do. Per Microsoft you should not delete the (Programdata Folder). So are you saying to delete the Squeezebox Folder and all the entries? in my C:\ProgramData\Squeezebox\Cache\spotty.db drive? the Squeezebox folder has (219 files and 197 folders) Cache folder has 185 files and 193 folders. The Spotty.db file I deleted, but no change, so I restored it. I am not that computer savvy. Gerardo
