Yes, Double checked after you posted this ...... I wonder if this may have something to do with it. If you recall I was having difficulty installing Tidal a couple months ago and you wrote this post when you figured it out.
The log snippet you posted was complaining about lack of IO::Socket::SSL. As long as that problem is not resolved you'll have problems using LMS.
