IN this case the plugin is a whole collection of files not just one and the directory structure is important and must be kept.
You needs to unzip the Mypicks.zip and put the folder MyPicks (with all its files and subdirectories) as is into Plugins. After restart it will appear in Internetradio on the Main web page.
