I only rate songs when I play them, so I was thinking that all never played tracks wouldn't have ratings. However, I can see that I have actually rated one song as 2*, so the artist has a slightly lower rating than average, hence appears at the top of the never played artists list. I guess I rated it and then skipped the track before trackstat considered it a played track. Yes, I think in this instance "never played artists/albums/songs" should be totally random, independant of rating. "Artists / Not rated" seems to order by playcount and then rating. I notice that I have artists with playcounts, but 0.00 as an average rating for the artist. If I click an artist, I see playcounts next to albums, and the albums have 0.00 rating. If I click an album, it then reports an average rating for the album as 3.00. Is that the correct behaviour? (shouldn't the 0.00's be 3.00?). BTW, I thought there was a way to play as a dynamic playlist in the player UI. eg. If I go into trackstat mixer, drill down into a trackstat menu, can I play as a dynamic playlist? I thought it was to press play on the trackstat menu, rather than right-click to see a list of the matching items. This seems to play all of the items.
