Last week I added some comments for the SS7 version of the plugin on
the website that specify that you'll have to manually create the
server/Plugins directory and place SuperDateTime in there.

As far as I know the server/Slim/Plugin directory is only for
SlimServer-included plugins (not 3rd party).
