They're definitely OK - you need to click on the .zip file link and then you can right-click to save the .zip file from that second page. There should be a note explaining that near the links, but I admit it's not that obvious. There's probably a better way of configuring Trac but it's clearly beyond me! Give that a go and let me know if it's still not working for you.
