Strange. Just tried mine and it's working fine. You do have the html file? Plugins/SlimScrobbler/HTML/EN/Plugins/SlimScrobbler/Settings/basic.html (Probably case sensitive.)
The debug settings seem a bit random - I have the SlimScrobbler one but the LastFM one never shows in the menu!
