If you don't have lame installed - I think you may have unchecked all the possible ways to play AlienBBC.
There are 3 possibilities RTSP transcodes - MP3, Flac and WAV. If no Lame then only 2 possibilities FLAC and WAV. AFAICT Both WAV and FLAC were disabled so no RTSP transcode option was left.
