Looks fine to me - according to that log the plugin has scrobbled the tracks correctly. Do you mean that your songs are not showing up in LastFM itself?
It might be because LastFM request that internet radio is tagged differently: a[0]=Vienna%20Teng%20&t[0]=Feather%20Moon&i[0]=1190819220&l[0]=0&b[0]=Wa rm%20Strangers&m[0]=&n[0]=&r[0]=&o[0]=U& That's the o=U - origin unknown. I vaguely recall that they won't actually show in LastFM but they are part of your profile...
