RealAudio streams do not have to be part of AlienBBC menu - they can be played using standard SC methods e.g. Tune-in. This AlienStream feature was implemented when there was nothing similar in Slimserver at the time. The AlienStream feature is not available in SC 7.0 as SC Favorites provides the necessary functionality.
For SC 6.5 you would be better off using the MyPicks Plugin ( download from here http://wiki.slimdevices.com/plugin/attachments/WikiRadio/MyPicks-0.6-6.5.zip ) details in the Wiki entry http://wiki.slimdevices.com/index.cgi?MyPicks.
