I downloaded the version of WeatherTime avail at googlecode
("Plugins-WeatherTime-Plugin r54.zip"), but it doesn't show up in the
plugin list under the "extras" tab, or under the advanced tab. Running
with the -d_plugins parameter doesn't show anything either.
