Are there any errors in the server.log file ? (You will find the position of the server.log file by going to "Settings/Advanced/Logging"). If it doesn't say anything special try to change the debugging level for plugin.trackstat to "Debug" in "Settings/Advanced/Logging" and then perform a restore again and check the server.log. I'm not sure I've actually tested the restore functionality, so it might not work yet.
