You need to put the OPML files on the web or file space somewhere - so they have a "http://"; address. Then you give the "http://"; address to SN.
Try adding this link to your SN/Podcasts settings: http://melford.fastmail.co.uk/virgin_radio_uk.opml You should then be able to browse to the opml file and play via SN.
