Assuming you've ripped the new disc to the same directory that is defined for both SS and Music IP. (Server settings/music folder from the SS's web interface and options/watch folders in Music IP.) If so then you should be able to do a rescan from slim server with the "look for new and changed music" option to make it available to SS. (I believe an alternative is to use the browse music folders option from the remote or web UI to the folder for the new disc. This will cause SS to add the new disc to its database.) Then open Music IP. It will scan the directories you've defined and find any new or changed music. (You'll need the "scan at startup" box under options/watch folders checked for this to happen automatically.) If you don't want this scan to happen every time you can leave the box unchecked, but go to the options/watch folders screen and click "scan now" when you want to add new music.
