On the Extras page where it lists SuperDateTime Screensaver (make sure you're not looking at the list item called "Date and Time Screensaver"), do you see a button that says "Enable" or "Disable?" If it says "Disable," then next to it you should see a button called "Settings." If it says "Enable" then click on that button (to enable the plugin). At this point, you should see the "Settings" button (next to the button now labeled "Disable"). If you don't, I would try closing the browser and opening up SqueezeCenter again. If that doesn't work, I would even try restarting SqueezeCenter.
