AlienBBC will install on all platforms - it's just that on some version of OSX it is difficult to get a suitable mplayer binary.
The AlienBBC menu will appear under the Internet Radio section. Did you stop and restart Squeezecenter Things to check in the install. 1. Under Setting/Advanced/Filetypes - are there any RTSP entries 2.
