Under SC7 on Mac OS X you install plugins by copying the plugin folder to:
~user/Library/Application Support/Squeeze Center/Plugins (if SC7 installed for just one user) or Library/Application Support/Squeeze Center/Plugins (if installed for all users) Earlier threads show some discussion for earlier versions of SC7 where this did not work properly and alternative locations had to be used, but with the latest version of SC7 and plugins (in particular iTunesUpdate and AlienBBC) the installation locations given above work fine.
