Update: having just logged-out and in, and fired-up moose, I find that it leaves behind the right and bottom edge silhouette immediately I collapse moose to the system tray (which I did right after starting moose). Restoring moose and moving its window and then collapsing again, left behind a fresh silhouette in a new position - so now there were two!
