I'm not sure if it's possible to have items in iTunes that will launch each radio station, but it should be possible for iTunes to lock onto the mp3 stream that SqueezeCenter churns out (search for "localhost:9000/stream.mp3"). Then just use SqueezeCenter's web interface to change stations.
