You can then create a new menu in Custom Browse of the menu type "Dynamic Playlists" and in the "Playlist group" parameter enter "Random". This will make a new menu which contains all the stuff inside the "Random" dynamic playlist group. I don't think you can currently connect a menu to a single playlist, you will need to connect it to a playlist group.
In Custom Browse you now also need to goto the "Enable/Disable menus/mixers" option in the Custom Browse settings and mark the "Show in browse and home menu" column checkbox for the new "Random" menu. This will make the menu appear inside the "Browse" menu but you can now also goto the menu section in player settings and move it up to the home menu if this is what you want. If you like to limit the number of playlists shown, you might also want to experiment with the "Select favourite" checkboxes inside the "Enable/Disable playlists" link in the Dynamic Playlist web interface. This is what I've done in my own setup togeter with Custom Browse to make a "Favourite Playlists" menu available directly in the home menu which contains a few SQL Playlists and a few TrackStat based playlists. The idea to be able to re-group playlists from their default location is a good idea though.
