I am trying to get my SB3 to control my amplifier and have tried to teach it codes with no luck. The amplifer is a Cambridge Audio 740A and the nice people there sent me the codes:
The codeset is very similar to the 640 set and are follows; 740C CD/amp System Code = A0 A0 (NEC Code) Key Command Code (hex) 1 01 2 09 3 11 4 19 5 02 6 0A 7 12 8 1A 9 03 0 0B 1+ 13 Prog 1B Play 15 Pause 1D Stop 1C Random 0E Remain 0F Skip left 04 Skip right 0C Repeat 16 AB 17 << 05 >> 0D Intro 06 Space 1E Open 07 Power toggle 44 Power On 46 Power Off 45 Bright toggle 47 Menu 48 Select 49 Mute 4A Mute on 4B Mute off 4C Also incorporates Amplifier codes System Code = 16 (RC5 Code) Key Command Code (dec) Aux/Phono 4 CD 5 Tuner/DAB 3 DVD 1 AV/MD 2 Unfortunately, I don't know what to do with these to turn them into a .conf file. Any assistance would be much appreciated.
